We are happy to exchange any defective, damaged, or unused product. If you need to exchange your product, please review the information below.

We accept exchanges on items purchased only up to 30 days after the original purchase.

Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt. On the receipt, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange.

If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may contact you for further information.

You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.

Shipping

Please allow 2-3 business days. During high volume times and Holidays, allow for 3-5 business days.

When we ship your order, you will receive tracking confirmation by email, and please allow up to 24 hours for USPS to update your tracking number. (Normal transit times for USPS are 2-3 days).

If your order is time-sensitive, don't hesitate to contact us to discuss other shipping options.

Payment

We accept major credit cards through PayPal and Square payment processing.

Orders will not be processed for shipment until full payment is received.

All payments made by PayPal and Square are entirely secure.

We do not have access to any payment or credit card information.
